The BoCoCa Arts Festival merges theatre, music and visual art in one of Brooklyn's most unique communities, encompassing Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens. Thank you for your interest in BoCoCa Arts.  This is Adam Scherer, Music Producer/Coordinator for the festival.  I'll be reviewing all of the music submissions and working to have accepted acts placed at the appropriate venues throughout Brooklyn.

I know it's a little late to apply but if I were to send my $30 application fee and was not accepted into the festival, maybe for next year, would my money be refunded?
