Hi:
So here's the sitiuation. I'm looking to find another musician to play live with me at "The Talking Stick" in Venice for starters. They've offered for me to play there.
Although I've released 4 studio CDs, I've really just begun performing live with an acoustic guitar.

I'm trying to get started ( at first realistically) with out making much money since I'm totally new as a live performer but I'm looking to find another folk, Americana, country musician who's interested to rehearse who may play any of these various instruments: Acoustic guitar, fiddle, harmonica, mandolin etc. I know I could line up some live gigs but need to find someone who may be interested in working with me at first to hone an act.

Your own material would of course be welcome.Without tooting my own horn too much, I've had chart success on Roots Music Report and and am currently charted at # 6 locally (Los Angeles) for Folk, Americana and alt.country. This is all original material.

I'm 63 years old but am motivated to have some fun and get out there and enjoy doing some entertaining.
The money will follow ( if you do what you love) but it's getting the act together first that's going to make that happen. Anyone who lives on the west side of L.A. who thinks this may be of interest, please contact me. By the way--I'm a really nice person--just ask my wife Kindest Regards,
Walt Cronin
