Thank you for the invitation. Can you please provide a link to your library website so we can see and hear which is the standard and have an idea of your company?

Also can you please post basic term agreement you offer, copyright etc?

Thank you
Giuseppe Cerciello

Thank you for the link. However there is any even basic info about what the composer get in terms of percentage and rights on the website, as well terms of payments from the pubblisher due the composers!

I can't beleive that people just ask for good music without offering nothing, there are so many legal implication in the pubblishing business as is usually a long term agreement, if any in this case.

Looks like a kids business for a Pubblisher site. This is a serious issue.

Well first of all you should joint a Copyright Society in your territory as a Publisher and always state clearly wich Society you belong to. Ingage a loyer specialized in the music businiss, specially for the Productions Music Library sector and set standard Publisher/Artists agreements.

And of course, before to start any kind of business, get well informed about the structure of the business, the legal issue involved and all sort of licence you require to startup!

Hope this help.

Near as I can tell, this site is a scam. (just Google it). If it's not a scam then it is some small-time garage con-business. There are a gazillion sites out there that actually tell composers IN DETAIL about the terms and conditions. This is NOT one of them.
