We have the pleasure to inform that our violin orchestration group, VIOLINA has emerged as a one of the popular instrumental group having a very new concept. Beside presentation of violin orchestration alone, Violina is also use to present their live violin orchestra with intermittent presence of Dance.

 Music director and composer Ranen Sinha is the rare violin player who can play both North Indian and South Indian music in both style. Dance director Krishna Sinha is also  Gold medal recipent from Rabindra Bharati University in dance. VIOLINA emit sweet and passionate resonance due to unique combination of two style of violin playing that is north Indian style and South Indian Style through it’s participants. Use of sweet instrument like santoor and grandeurs presence of oldest Indian instruments like Tabla, Dakh Ghatam, Dhol have encircled the music collage depicted by VIOLINA.

Rimjhim is a song composed by Kabiguru Rabindranath Tagore. It represents monsoon season. Monsoon is not only a season but it nourishes life through helping in production of crops. Our presentation correlates the inner harmony of this very popular song as a portray of life, joy and love as well as creation of nature.

This particular musical theme is composed by late Pt Deepak Chowdhury. Delightful rhythm of nature is expressed through this composition.

Mother

It is a unique composition of late Pt Deepak Chowdhury. This composition expresses the sweat, agony and pain of a mother, waiting for child birth. It also represents the growing up of the child under the mothers care. The mother here stands for universal motherhood which we call as Durga Ma or Jagadamba Ma. Beside this Pt. Choudhury has enriched VIOLINA by giving many eternal composition like Ananda Dwani, Joy etc.
