I don't know if this is the right forum, but I have a question regarding a CD I just purchased.  It is Al Jarreau, Tenderness.  I heard a couple of songs and wanted to purchase this.  It arrived, and it has gold print on it stating, "For promotional use only.  Sale or other trade is prohibited ..."   It kind of bothers me the album has this label on it, and cost more that others.  

My question: is this the real album?  "Tenderness" seems to not be widely available.  I only found one source, and it cost a bit much.  A related question, would I find some of these songs on his other albums ( I particularly liked this version of Mas Que Nada), if so, any recommendations? 

Or can you point me to the right forum to post?
