Dear Mr/Miss

My son in law has been in touch with Mrs Said explaining that we are a 4 piece band consisting of a drummer, pianist, guitarist/vocalist and female vocalist known as "The New Flamingo Band".

I have unfortunately recently been victim to one of the many employment scams although fortunately there was no financial loss incurred.

Upon learning of my misfortune my son in law has helped me to find legitimate employment contacts such as yourself.

I would like to know if there are any vacancies within your company for a band such as ours.

We have individually worked on cruise ships in the past and some of us have a long history of working in other world wide venues such as hotels, restaurants and clubs etc.

One of my band members (the guitarist/vocalist) appeared in 'The Voice' in Romania reaching the finals but lost out in the duet stage.
