Krasimir is a graduate of the Bulgarian National Academy of Music in Sofia where he studied piano and jazz at the Faculty of Classical Music. He followed up with specialized studies under the direct leadership of Prof. Yulia Tzenova, a well known pedagogue, composer and concert performer. She was one of the leading jazz players in Bulgaria and Europe. She was the partner of Simeon Shterev, an amazing flutе player. After graduating Jazz piano, he had two post graduation qualifications – Computer Sound mixing and Music pedagogy.
Krasimir began his piano studies at the age of five and graduated from the Burgas College of Music in 1985 with high marks. At the age of 17 he got the 1st place at the National Competition for Young Pianists in Provadia, Bulgaria.
Krasimir was a devoted piano teacher for 6 years and headed the Music Department at a High school. He prepared his students for university and they have always achieved maximum results. Over the years he had many individual students, and everyone of them is a leading pianist in Bulgaria and Europe. He was also working as a Professional Arranger for The Bulgarian Academy of Music under the supervision of Prof. Krasimir Gyulomezov, who is a well known Composer of New century classic - popular music.
Meanwhile, like second major, he was educated in the highest level of accordion playing, went to many festivals in Bulgaria and Europe, and has published his own composition in an album with the Bulgarian National Radio.
He published, in close cooperation with Prof. Tomy Dimchev, studias for young jazz players which are now used in the Bulgarian Conservatory and Academy.
