Kristle Bascombe Resume

      Kristle Bascombe known as the “Trininoisemaker” is from the island of Trinidad & Tobago, the land of “Oil, Music, Sea and sand.” She is 25yrs old. From learning by ear, being self taught by ‘knocking sticks around the house' and growing up in a musically inclined family, the natural gift was birthed in her. Kristle started playing drums in her home church at age eight (8) after recognizing the need for a drummer. It was then her recognition by various musicians in Trinidad saw it fit to take her under their wings who then introduced her to various artistes. Although it was never one of her heart's desires, drumming slowly became part of Kristle's everyday life.

She has now been playing music full time for approximately 8yrs. Currently, She is the drummer for (6) bands; Nehilet Blackman & The All Girl's Band (one of the first and recent all female band in Trinidad) Sean Daniel (one of the countries top Gospel Soca Artiste and Calypsonian),Gospel R&B Artiste, Luckey , Guyanese Jazz Singer and musician Ruth Osman, “Shades of Grey” (3rd place Anchorage Pop Rock Competition) and Island Club Casino House Band, “Spontaneous” and was formerly the main drummer for Isaac Blackman & the Love Circle (the family that invented Soca and Jamoo music.) She has also sessioned with other bands and musicians both locally and internationally such as Promise (Barbados), Vessels of Honour (Dominica), Chevelle Frankyln (Jamaica), Annastacia Baker (UK's Xfactor Finalist) and UK based “Mangoseed” band. However most of her drum experiences have been mainly linked with tours with both Sean Daniel and Isaac Blackman & The Love Circle who recently held the title of having the smashing hit song “To the Ceiling” from 2006 to present in the Caribbean and was also taught and introduce to the new genre of music called “Jamoo” (mixture of African, Indian and Soca rhythms) See Love Circle's MySpace for further information at .

Kristle gained experience over the years at many large shows and concerts both locally and internationally such as Nottinghill Carnival (London), St. Lucia Kalalu Festival and Jazz Festival, Barbados Gospel Festival, Telesur Telephone Company launch (Suriname), St. Kitts Music Festival, and Antigua Music Festival, Anguilla Music Festival, to name a few and has also shared stages and with many top artistes and musicians worldwide including George Benson & Al Jarreau, John Legend, Shaggy, Chevelle Franklyn, Beenie Man, Donnie Mc Clurkin, Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond, Amy Winehouse, Beyonce.

Kristle is a student of Tech Music School London and during her tenure was also a part time Music Teacher at Leopald Primary School, London UK. She was also nominated along with 19 other students by Tech Music School, London to be a part of the ‘This Is It' Tour of UK with the late Michael Jackson before his death.
