| The Soenen Sisters
The Soenen Sisters are a group of young musicians who have been playing together now for a number of years. The group, which consists of flute, harp, cello, and vocals, have played at such venues as weddings, retirement parties, appreciation dinners, county fairs, festivals, and more. They have won a number of awards over the years and are currently working on their fourth cd which should be available this coming fall. Charlene Soenen - Flute and Vocals Charlene is the eldest of the Soenen Sisters group. Charlene plays flute as well as sings in the group. She is currently pursuing music as a career in her secondary education. Charlene would like to dedicate all her musical endeavours to God who has given her all of her gifts. Lisa Soenen - Harp Lisa is the main harpist for the group. She has had a large range of experience over the years playing harp in different venues and continues to love playing with the group. Lisa is currently pursuing harp as her post-secondary education. She strives to play her music to the glory of God, whether that is in performance or for her own pleasure. Julie Soenen - Cello Julie is our cellist. She keeps extremely busy in her musical career, perfecting her cello, as well as continuing in piano, vocal, and theory lessons. She is continuing her cello career through post-secondary learning and wants to use her gifts to glorify God in every way she can. Rosemary Soenen - Harp Rosemary is the newest member of our group. She loves to play piano and sing, as well as play her harp. She will be featured on the Soenen Sisters newest cd, playing harp alongside Lisa. | ||
