Once a professional event planner or consumer completes the entertainment request form on-site, an agent follows up immediately via email or telephone. The agent provides pricing and availability for the act(s) in question until an offer is made to the appropriate act and accepted.The production team is then sent on-site for the event to coordinate the entertainment to start exactly on time as per the client's scheduling needs.
