Audition Procedure:

1. All candidates are required to record a specific audition video (listed below)

2. You'll upload the video of your audition so we can analyze your playing in greater detail, and;

3. We will review and send you a link to take an Audition Interview

4. And that's it. In most cases, you will hear back between 15 and 30 days

Here are the details for Step 1 - the actual video:

For your audition, you should produce and post a video that demonstrates your ability to perform the following:

1.) 2 covers of Modern/Contemporary R&B (for example: John Legend, Pharrell, or Rihanna).

2.) 2 covers of Modern Country (for example: George Strait, Dierks Bentley, or Toby Keith).

3.) 4 covers of Crowd/Pub Sing-Alongs

4.) At least 1 Jimmy Buffet/UB40 cover or the like.

5.) 4 covers of High Energy Top 40 Pop and Rock from the 70s through Today.

6.) Please close your video with a brief personal statement about why you would be a good fit for this position.

What we're looking for:

• Strong skills as a vocalist including good intonation, support and placement.

• Strong skills as a pianist.

• Strong showmanship skills, we need entertainers!

• Ability to perform completely acoustic.

• English fluency and near perfect diction are required.

• Intimate familiarity with North American culture and humor.

• Ability to perform in multiple keys.
