Hi everyone!

My name Michael and I'm the maker of Metronomus.

Since I began to seriously learn to play the guitar, I have been trying to find a convenient, powerful and beautiful metronome working in the browser. As my attempts were not successful I decided to make my own solution.

Unlike other similar products Metronomus has some really cool features:

– Keyboard control for adjusting bpm and start/stop the metronome

– Flexible time signature selection

– A lot of rhythm patterns

– Accent adjusting

– It looks nice ;-)

There is a bunch of features is planned to be implemented, so keep in touch!

Please, send your comments, remarks and suggestions.

p.s. Forgot to write a link: https://metronom.us ;-)

Hi Michael and welcome on Musicians Page.

That sounds like a great project, please, keep us posted. We have worked on a similar metronome on Virtual Sheet Music, and people are enjoying it:

https://www.virtualsheetmusic.com/metronome/

Have you tried it? What do you think about it?

Thanks.

Here it is: https://metronom.us

I've tried your metronome and it has some useful features that I have in my development roadmap. But mine has some features that yours doesn't have

Yeah, I see! Great job indeed. I like the feature to change the values per BPMs. Have you worked on other music related project like that one?

Few years ago I had made http://guitarama.ru/ – tabs and chords catalog. But it is slightly abandoned now. I have a plans to fully rebuild it.

(The site is in Russian, but I think it quite understandable)

Hi,

Nice to hear that you are guitarist.

I am a song writer. I write songs (Metal). I can share you my song and wish to keep a commitment that my songs wont let you down to burn up the stage.

I am just looking some one who can reach my writing through his or her voice to the world and my name will be spelled side by side on the album of him.

My song writings is like Rammstein, Megadeth, Dimmu Borgir, Behemoth, Moonspell etc.

Regards,

Raven

Hi Michael,

Love the browser app. It's simple and clean. My only suggestion, and it's minor, would be to clean up the click at the end of the 1st metronome hit... by putting a fade at at the end of the original sample you are using, or cut it at a zero crossing.
Like I said, a very minor suggestion, but any musician who happens to be an audio engineer would likely lose their mind trying to ignore that click.

...might as well add an option for choosing some different metronome tones while you're there?

Anyway, great work. Thanks for putting out there!

Hi!
Thank you for your comment and remarks. I've made a fade at the end of hit sound, check it
Also, I definitely will add an option for choosing different hit sounds in near future.
