I'm Ukrainian born trained in Kharkov, Ukraine, School for musically gifted children,
and at the fame Leningrad (St.Petersburg) State Conservatory named after Rimsky - Korsakov.
I earned MA degree with honors & special certificate to give solo recitals from this institution.
I lived & worked in Ukraine, Israel, USA. I'm an American citizen.
I performed hundreds of recitals in Duluth, MN, Superior, WI, Seattle, WA, Salt Lake City, UT,
Minneapolis & St. Paul, MN. I performed as a concerto soloist with Univesity of Minnesota,
Duluth, orchestra and with Lake Superior Chamber Orchestra, also in Duluith, under the
baton of conductor Warren Friesen.
I played concerts in all the settings, starting from private parties to big concert halls,
like the Tabernacle Concert series in Salt Lake City, UT, and the Ordway Theater in St.Paul,
MN. I performed for the Schubert Club in St.Paul, MN, for at least 10 times.
I have recordings made & aired by Minnesota Public Radio classical music station
and by National Public Radio.
I have an extensive experience performing at the 5 stars hotels lobbies in Duluth, MN,
and Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. I performed many times at upscale restaurants in Jerusalem,
To play for the big audience is my favorite thing. I also have programs geared towards
smaller audiences (50 - 70 people) with piano music everybody loves - Chopin, Schubert,
Liszt, Mozart, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Gershwin, Irwin Berlin, Copland, Sondheim, Balcom,
Schoenfield - just to name a few!
I love to improvise on any theme you'll give me.
I also designed my own style hosting my own performances, involving audience in the process of creating music in a friendly, funny, comfortable way.
