NEVILLE "MAC DADDY" ANDERSON, veteran trombonist, was born in London of Jamaican parents and educated in the USA.

He has been playing the trombone from the age of eight and has been able to reach a number of outstanding achievements in music. Alongside the legendary JERRY JOHNSON, they have been featured in countless reggae recordings under the “Bullwackies” label as well as providing horn tracks for other well-known reggae artists such as SUGAR MINOTT, JERRY HARRIS, SISTER CAROL, The Love Joys, and Milton Henry. They also co-wrote "Abashanti Rock" which rose to number 2 in the reggae charts in 1980. Neville had the privilege of performing with several reggae legends such as ROLAND ALPHONSO, HORACE ANDY, LESTER STERLING, SUGAR MINOTT, JERRY HARRIS, and CLARK GAYTON.

Growing up in the USA afforded Neville the opportunity to be exposed to Rhythm & Blues at its infancy (when it was still being performed live) and he was able to view the performances of great entertainers and their bands...the likes of James Brown, Earth Wind & Fire, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Cameo, Ohio Players, Kool and the Gang (before JT), Parliament Funkadelic, Bootsy Collins, and D'Angelo. This influence was instrumental in his career development. During those years, he loved emulating the styles of all the horn sections of that time. From the 1990's to present he has become a specialist in “old school" funk. This skill allowed Neville to found the “Mac Daddy Horn Section”. John Weatherly and Neville are the original members. They became the most in-demand horn section in New York City and had the honor of performing for many notable VIP's such as PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON, ROBERT DENIRO, JOE PESCI, DONALD TRUMP, and RON PEARLMAN. They also performed with ISAAC HAYES, which can be seen in his life documentary produced by the American Music channel with appearances by Erikah Badu, Dionne Warwick, Betty Wright, Cheryl “Pepsi” Riley, The Intruders, Doug E. Fresh, Tommy Davidson, Mark Curry, and many more.

Neville is currently performing with the N10City Band in Pattaya, Thailand, with the most talented musicians in the region. Check him out for the musical experience of a lifetime!

I also Manage a 6 piece band that specializes in dance music

Hello,

I am interested in any overseas positions you may have.

I am primarily a Saxophonist and also play keyboards and drums and sing or back up harmonies.

I have done plenty of show bands and instrumental jazz group things too in North America and Asia

I am very comfortable in Managing a band and organizing rehearsals and music if I'm required to do so.

I also can easily deal with other musicians and clients to help keep things in a professional manner.

My experiences were 6 nights a week at the Hyatts in Asia.

including the other types of engagments I have done for clients and companies.

Please feel free to ask any questions or requests that you wish that i would fufill.

Thank you for your time!

Yours,

Dino Dominelli
