This show was by far the very best ever. The music flows through Emiliano ... moving not just his vocal chords but his whole body. His extraordinary high notes were fine and-silver and his low notes were mellow and golden. When he performed as a trumpet or a trombone, he never moved his lips like a ventriloquist. What exquisite sound and musicality! My friends and I enjoy a great deal of the fine entertainment here, but we would love to have Emiliano return, if and when that is possible. Thank you for all the work you did in making Friday night such a sensation…”

Gloria Alvino, Boston USA

“We would like to thank Emiliano and the musicians for a wonderful performance last Friday. The feedback from the residents has been very positive. Emiliano made a big impression on the people here. His talent is truly a gift. We hope in the future we can have the pleasure of having him come back to Linden Ponds and perform again...”

“It was just so wonderful having you here on Friday night. The talk of the morning (after) was Emiliano, his presence, his voice, his stagecraft, etc. etc. Many people said that they had heard so much about it that they were sorry that they didn't have tickets. Those who attended seemed aware that they had heard something very rare and special, and they felt privileged to be there. I, personally, stand in awe of his vocal technique (which is only gained through hours and hours of practice with attention and care). The styling of each number was impeccable, which is where your perfectionism has paid off, Emiliano! And, of course, the charisma that held everyone spellbound for almost two hours was remarkable. I am so glad that you came into my life! Thank you for the gift of music that you bring to the world…”

Lo Steele, Boston USA

“ I recently saw Emiliano at The Blackstone River Theater and he was amazing!!! I can't believe the talent that he has. It was one of the best shows I've seen in a long time ever. I can't tell you how much my friend and I enjoyed his show and hope to see him again soon in our area…”

"I hesitate to give my honest opinion out of fear that once the rest of the world discovers Emiliano Loconsolo, I will never be able to hire him again. Emiliano and his accompanying musicians were outstanding. The mix of Italian classics with jazz was perfect for our event. Emiliano's style and originality breathed new life into Neapolitan folk classics. I strongly recommend Emiliano to anyone who is planning an Italian event or simply if you want to hear a young singer before he becomes a STAR. I'm not kidding...watch out Andrea Bocelli!

Christopher M, East Meadow, NY

"Emiliano performed for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. He was perfect in his dual role as a Jazz Tenor, and Italian singer! We hired his Trio to sing mostly Italian songs. He was everything that I read about and expected- a sophisticated, professional vocalist who was a great choice for an elegant dinner affair. He was very personable, and helpful in trying to customize the music for my parents. He even spent time prior to his performance, speaking in Italian with my family. That went over great! If you are looking for a refreshing young jazz vocalist who won't turn up the volume and turn off your guests, he's the man! Thanks Emiliano- Bravo!

John F. Bethlehem, Lopatcong, NJ

"Emiliano was absolutely amazing! He was even better live than on his samples! He has a wonderful personality, is extremely professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate our special song requests. His singing and choice of songs made the celebration even more special. Everyone at the party commented on how wonderful he was. He was perfect in every way and I will highly recommend him. We look forward to watching our video tape of the party just to hear him sing again! He is an A+ performer. I will definitely use him again for future functions I plan"

Debbie Q, Watertown, MA

"Emiliano made my event very special. He has an understanding and passion for his music that clearly came across in his performance. The performance dazzled my guests and impressed me"

Suzanne D, Hooksett,

An accomplished folk, jazz and classical performer, Emiliano is being considered as one of the finest interpreters of canzone popolare today. He is taking a refreshing step away from the commercial market through a diverse and fascinating repertoire that involves 16th century Italian villanella’s, baroque arias, rarely heard canzone popolare, songbook ballads, and contemporary art songs. He is particularly devoted to revealing the wide scope of Italian musical heritage and is currently performing a song cycle called “Italian Songbook: 1,000 Years of Italian Life and Legends.” The cycle celebrates timeless human themes of loves, laughter, and loss though a chronological anthology of popular songs written in Italy over the past millennium, and includes madrigals, tarantellas, and canzone popolare – all sung in their original dialects – as well as ballads, swing tunes, and film music by Ennio Moricone.

The 35 year old vocalist is one of the very few performers in the world interpreting the poignant work of legendary folk singer Roberto Murolo, the undisputed master of the canzone popolare napoletana, and son of the great 19th century poet Ernesto Murolo. He is currently at work on “Songs for Ernesto”, an album dedicated to songs in Italian written to poetry of Ernesto Murolo, which has been featured in recent performances for the City University of New York, Providence WaterFire Festival, and the Bank of America Pavilion.
