- Sugar & Spice Bio Sugar & Spice is a Jazz Trio from the Wilderness/George area in the Western Cape of South Africa. Primarily a show band, their speciality is sophisticated, easy listening, gentle Standard Jazz with touches of Latin rhythms. You will hear many of the old Jazz favourites in their repertoire. Members of Sugar & Spice often switch instruments to add a different flavour as well as sing in 3 part harmonies on occasion. Their signature is their intricate arrangements.
