Ronnie James Vadala came from the North East before moving to Virginia. He now resides in Tennessee in the Beautiful Smoky Mountains. His first officially released CD was "Salem Station Boulevard" & included a Collection of Original Songs. The proceeds from sales of this CD went to the Katrina Fund, when first released. Today the CD is still available. Ronnie James' second CD, "The Sky is Blue", is also a collection of more recent original songs. Ron appeared on Channel 6 Cable TV for 'The Great Annual Fredericksburg Christmas Parade' which draws thousands of people annually. He has been a member of several musical groups, and performed at numerous venues in New York, New Jersey & Virginia, including performances at "The Continental" (Jersey Shore); "Todds Tavern" , "The Kenmore Inn",'Knights of Columbus Hall',and the "Great Annual Christmas Parade",Federicksburg (all in Virginia). In both New York, Virginia and Tennessee he has played in many churches, either solo or as a member of his Contemporary Christian Band- Po River . He has also performed with celebrated musicians who toured with artists such as Alan Holdsworth, Dr. Hook and Alan Jackson, to name a few. Ronnie James is a member of professional music organizations including the American Society of Composers, Authors & Performers (ASCAP), the Songwriters Guild of America (SGA), and the Tennessee Jazz & Blues Society(TJB).
