Julian Graciano Resume
Being the 4th generation of tango
musicians, he is engaging in formal Studies of music. A graduate from the Berklee College of Music (Boston, Mass, USA), taking Master classes in harmony and improvisation delivered by Gary Burton, John Scofield, Chucho Valdez, Pat Martino, Bob Mintzer and Mike Stern. He is currently on the BEST (Berklee entering student talent) and the MEFA (Massachusetts Education Financial Authority) scholarships. He is a teacher in the subjects of harmony, analysis and guitar at the ¨¨Argentino Galván Conservatory¨ ,music school which depends from the National Tango Academy. He is also a teacher at the Liceo Superior del Tango and has written several books on teaching: ¨Tango guitar method, Real Tango Book, Tango analysis, among others, as well as articles on jazz improv for AMR magazine, the Improvisation Asociation of Geneva, Switzerland | ||
