Margaret Bell was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan.She grew up singing in her father's church choir and went on to sing professionally on her sister's Gospel recordings. Between her studies and responsibilities, she traveled around the country performing in concerts, Festivals and television specials. She was offered a music scholarship to attend Oral Roberts University as one of the Nationwide TV singers on the daily telecast "The Richard Roberts Live" Show.
