I am planning to make a video channel on youtube about violin covers.

Can anyone teach me how to achieve this tone?

I am using FL Studio for my setup, a BM 800 microphone and a chinese violin

He is "lip syncing" in that video. The violin is recorded in a studio and heavily processed after the fact with probably flange/phaser/chorus and a short room reverb etc. Also there's a doubling effect around 1:20 with what sounds like a pitch change program. Around 2:30 there's a delay of some kind. Also there are synth programs in use and the signal from violin may be being paralleled by that in some places. Basically the effects keep changing throughout.
